Starting a new thread as I used up the last two messages on the last one. Also this is my first thread I've ever started! A great subject to start with.

Where are all the hotel staff? Why aren't they clearing up. Corrie is getting more ridiculous by the day. Peter / Tina is just daft.

I love Sally playing Hyacinth Bucket! Turning up in the van and then hiding the sales ticket on his jacket, it was brilliant. I will enjoy watching them as a couple if this keeps up! She will obviously be able to keep an eye on him when he moves in, so hopefully there will be a lot of mileage watching him trying to avoid her.

yes Michelle's boobs looked like they were trying to escape.

I found the ceremony quite touching. Probably the only Corrie wedding that went without a hitch. I wonder if the local church has banned the Street's residents from any more ceremonies! Did someone say that Tina gets killed off?

Heh they must have had more hitch less weddings than that....ummm can't think of any of course!

I thought the vows were nice but couldn't take it seriously given they've been married seven times before or a something and they're only about 40. Also with Peter not knowing what he wants.

When is Kev coming back? A whole new can of worms.

I was waiting for Tim to spill something over his suit/be sick on it/split it, then Sally wouldn't be able to take it back.
BTW I couldn't say no to hot Peter. Phwoooaaarrrrrrrrrrr.

I used to really fancy Peter but gone right off him since he got together with Carla Barla.

Michelle looked like a drag queen. Agree the hotel staff would be clearing the room at the end of the wedding and Tina would have gone home with Fizz in real life not hung around on her own!

We thought Michelle looked like a salmon! Me and my dd's laughed a lot at that dress.

spoiler here re Roy after Hayley goes. Not a big one though. I'm quite sad that so much of her last few months have been taken up by them rowing and her being so horrid to him.

Also, Carla was very annoying last night!

I think Roy and Hayley were very sweet again last night. Hayley looked lovely and so did Fiz. Whereas the permatanned Michelle and Tina looked absolutely awful, Michelle's hair was grim as was her dress.

Carla manages to carry off a year round tan but she has annoyed me so much these last few weeks. She might love Peter but she doesn't give a monkeys about Simon which is really sad and Peter doesn't seem to care that she doesn't care either. I also hate the way she is constantly drinking in front of Peter and then getting stressed that he might have a drink again, her problems with alcohol seem to have been forgotten about.

Whoknows- thats wht i was wondering last night. Didmt carla have an alcohol problem? Why is she ok to drink now but peter isnt? I tjought she was an alcholic aswel?

Yeah Mistletoes I actually used to think the Carla + booze thing was quite well done in that it showed not all alcoholics/alcohol abusers get help and/or recover but rather can go through phases of abuse but can cope with drinking and be functional at other times. And can be totally In denial about their problem as they are in control (I don't know anything about this by the way just surmising). But they seem to have totally forgotten that she ever had an alcohol problem now. Unless the getting pissed at the wedding is supposed to be symptomatic? Although that was clearly just to get her out of the way for the Tina/peter snoggage.

They think they are in control that should say. Or they an control sometimes but not others. Like Carla.

Tina needs to take some lessons from Katy re hair, make up, clothes keeping off the lip fillers etc...everything. Katie always looks stunning, Tina just looks overdone.

I actually feel a bit uncomfortable watching Tina and Peter, he is just waaaay too old her. He looks like some old lech mooning over his (hypothetical) daughter's friend.

I think Sally and Tim make a good couple - he teases her and punctures her pomposity a bit and makes her laugh. Couldn't imagine her and Kevin rolling round on someone else's bed laughing hysterically.

agree about Sally and Tim, I think they have the makings of a really good comedy pairing

Can someone tell me why nick grimshaw has just walked through the rovers and just the other evening he was doing some business with cain dingle in emmerdale?

Oh they do, I think they are good together now, I didn't in the beginning but they have grown on me.

What is Tina's hairstyle? It is some weird Tellytubbyesque blob on the top of her head. Surely her best mate David the hairdresser would have had a word?

I hope they boot Christian up the hole and send him on his way. I don't want it to turn into a depressing storyline.

I think nick grimshaw is getting bit parts in all the soaps. so far have seen him in hollyoaks, emmerdale.
