I took ds for a trip today. To ikea. I can treat a child! I've spent £80 and have some washing up brushes and wooden cars (for ds) to show for it! What is it with ikea?

Haven't been to IKEA since I was pg with dd2- I could hardly eat anything apart from dry ryvita- they sell massive Ryvita -stylee things at IKEA, so we went. Just for crispbread.

I took off my (yes I will still use it!) hat today and put the mummy one back on....I have marrinated some chicken and pork for a BBQ this evening as my boys have been so good putting up with me watching tennis and MNting for 2 weeks ...

I think they might have forgotten what proper food looks like !!

If you've already got some sort of Sky package you can add Sports or Movies for instance by the month I believe. You certainly used to be able to and it wasn't that expensive. The trouble comes when you should cancel it and can't quite bring yourself to.

I did indeed have meatballs! Also bought some frozen ones! Ds is no sleeping off the excitement and I should be cleaning the bathroom and kitchen, but I'm sitting here instead! Spose I should move!

Dd is okay, its prolonged morning sickness, she's used to it now. She's lost 2 stone in weight since being pregnant, its strange to see her from behind, looks like an entirely different person to what she was before. She then turns around and all she has is this super neat bump. There's pretty much nothing of her aside from that bump.
I am off to the beach with dd two in an hour, to watch the tide come in, it was very high last night Dd one informs so I am off to see it myself this evening. Its so hot and am hoping, because school is still in here, whatever beach we choose will be quiet as its a school night!

I got the book for my Gran for Christmas, and she gave it me back to read. I couldn't get passed the first few pages.

The media circus for Murray will hopefully calm down soon, and he'll be able to catch his breath and take it in. Not sure what his next tournament is- Toronto? I know he went straight from the Olympics to Cincinatti last year. Gives him a few weeks rest/prep.
