Well, it's flying by, this tournament.

Am very miffed that Lipsticki is on second,as I'll probably miss all of it- due to having school meetings and Rainbows between 2.30 and 5.30. .I may catch bits but it's not looking good. And as it's on Centre, even a rain delay won't help.

Not sure who I want to win the first match - but Lipsticki for the tournament, I say- so Go! Lipsticki!

Whites I don't have a problem with as I go through kilos of Vanish. I can't get darks to stay dark though.

To be honest- I think Kvitova would have beaten her easily if she hadn't been ill. Pipkins may be feeling over-whelmed and out of her depth.

Bartoli is a bit cross, I don't like that.

We've done that quite a few times now Raahh. I would say "great minds", but I haven't got one!

I think Bartoli has esteem issues. She hasn't got a traditional game, and often compares herself (unfavourably) to the taller, blonder Eastern Europeans. She shouldn't, she's more than equal to them- but she does. She seems quite defensive- and not just her style of play. I can see why that could alienate a crowd- she isn't 'fluffy'.

Oh bloody hell, we have Tracy Austin for the next match.

Bartoli looks like she means business - she looks like me when I am in a giant strop and charging about the house humphing as I go because somebody (offspring, you listening) has made a mess!
