Doctors Addicts Anonymous Continued - the waiting room is full

This is a thread for all fans of the weekday soap Doctors, BBC1, 1.45pm. However, it's taking its annual break from 21st June until it returns on 22nd July.

Therefore, us fans are waiting patiently in the virtual waiting room.

  • Mrs T is rearrrrrrrrrrranging the leaflets
  • Zaniel are getting frisky in the cupboard (again)
  • Al is spying on Jas eating her lunch (disclaimer: he may fancy the lunch more than Jas)

So regulars please sign in and take a seat. Newbies very welcome indeed as we plan to keep the thread going by talking drivel throughout the break. 'Tis fun Grin

We have a new kitten next door that comes into our garden every day to play, DD is very taken with him. He keeps coming into the house as well. I'm not a great cat lover but he is very cute.

Daniel is more a Mr Wickham than a Mr Darcy. I'd have liked to see TBFE in that costume. With extra tight breeches. And ruffled hair. Think I'd better stop imagining that otherwise I'll never cope with the school run.

I just choked loudly and at length on a grape skin. Not one of the DCs showed any concern! I think if I dropped dead they would all just go on their computers for the day.

I've not seen Luther, but I fell for Idris Elba when he was in The Big C. There was talk of him possibly being the next Doctor Who - it would certainly increase their female fanbase!

You are right, Raahh, Mrs T and Idris would have Doctors moved to primetime in no time at all!

I loved him in 'The Wire' . He is just luffly. I really enjoyed the first series, found the second really hard to get into but did in the end- I may fail with this series.

I was laughing in the car yesterday (shouldn't have been, serious subject and all), that on the news they were going on about the dangers of legal high drugs. All I could think about was QuackBlushGrin

I'm half Scottish too and feel no real affinity for Andy Murray, I will cheer him on because he's British, but that's as far as it goes. I watched the last set last night (first bit of Wimbledon I've seen this year, I'm not a huge fan). I suspect he is just a bit socially awkward though, probably a lovely bloke if you got to know him. Unlike Liam who just seems to be an arse.

Did the parcel come MsN?
