I know in the last thread I said it was a second rate soap, but I've downgraded it to third rate given the recent lack of WTF storylines. Come on scriptwriters, stop being so seri-arse!

It's all Minecraft and Formula 1 here. DD has asked me for a tablet for her 10th birthday but " I don't know whether to get a 7 or 10 inch one".

Entitled much?! Of course I had to trot out the story where my 16th birthday present was a hairdryer left in a Boots carrier bag on my bed.

Formula 1 is very big in this house too, DS is sitting on the sofa waiting for it to start, he gets very upset if something like a holiday crops up to make him miss one (I haven't mentioned the fact thac Cub camp coincides with the British GP, oops).

You will have to record the British GP but it's not the same when they are so obsessed.

My mum used to have one of those typewriters. She used to tell me I should learn to touch type, I never did listen, I am trying to teach myself now but it is a slow process.

My mum bought dss the Samsung 7" tablet for Christmas (he's 11) and he loves it :)
