frazier - why the jump?

can anyone explain the running order that Channel 4 uses for Frazier? it's my guilty pleasure, especially as I didn't watch it first time around. anyway, last week Niles and Daphne had just got together. this morning I settle down with a coffee, and realize I'm watching the final episode, and Niles and Daphne have a baby. it looks as though I'll just have to get the boxed set.

Can I go back to friends for a moment here with a friends question. Phoebe was supposed to be a twin because at the time of friends being a NEW show, lisa kudrow was already in another show and they thought that that would be funny Iguess, but what show was that/ ??

Daphne did HIGNFY! When? When?

Phoebe had a twin sister, Ursula, who played a ditzy waitress on Mad About You.

My favourite Frasier episode is when Martin eats a space brownie meant for Niles, and gets high. Its hilarious!

Kelsey Grammer had alcohol problems lollilou and the cast did try staging interventions. He had a horrendous early life - both parents killed in an accident and then his sister was murdered.

Has anyone tried the new sitcom Hot In Cleveland? It stars Daphne and Ronnie who Martin married and is created by someone who wrote on Frasier. I saw 5 minutes but Frasier it ain't

So who could have played Maris? I imagine her tiny, wan, paper thin, very pale translucent hair and skin and tiny pinched features.

Closest picture I have of maris is when Frasier put the ramekin on the side of Nile's dog's head and said "remember the pillbox hat she wore to that wedding?"

It's a shame when you read interviews with KG he doesn't like even talking about the show. I don't even think he was close to the cast by the end of it. The rest of them are all very good friends.

I got cable so I could see Daphne in Hot in Cleveland. I couldn't summon a laugh either.

Yes Lighthouse I've read that the actors who played Daphne/Roz/Martin & Niles are very close in real life. I know the girls were each others bridesmaids and John & David are godfathers to Jane & Peri's children.

I think he seems a bit of a tosser. Read a bit about his love life on line when his 3rd wife (English wman) half his age 'kayte' yeh with a Y, was pregnant. Kids with three different women and not a good word to say about any of his exes. He seems an entitled type. jmo.

I love Frasier. Niles is my favourite but I liked Bulldog - he wasn't in later episodes, always wanted him and Roz to fall in love!

The taxi driver that picked us up from a hotel on manhattan to go to the airport told me his life story, he was only a young guy and we discussed everything from the sopranos to the twin towers. He came from down two New York and told me that when his nan died Kelsey grammar payed for the whole funeral. He said his nan had been friends with Kelsey's mum. He said Kelsey was still the same lovely guy
