Don't think I'd have taken the car.

Horsemad · 30/01/2013 09:48

Grin Sparkling

Arithmeticulous · 30/01/2013 09:48

That packing isn't going to last a shaking on a container ship!

Itsjustafleshwound · 30/01/2013 09:48

Have they packed a car?

MrsReiver · 30/01/2013 09:48

Looks like it Sparkling - it's in the container.

DowntonTrout · 30/01/2013 09:49

How handy they have lots of flat pack furniture.

Sparklingbrook · 30/01/2013 09:49

The stuff takes a while to arrive doesn't it? The Lego will have to go as hand luggage. Grin

OP posts:
Arithmeticulous · 30/01/2013 09:49

They bubblewrapped the car Grin

Sparklingbrook · 30/01/2013 09:49

Cos they don't have cars in Australia presumably.

OP posts:
EightToSixer · 30/01/2013 09:49

Why would you take a car - weirdos

Arithmeticulous · 30/01/2013 09:50

Not bubblewrapped ones anyway Wink

DowntonTrout · 30/01/2013 09:50

Ooh their luggage matches their bathroom!

MrsReiver · 30/01/2013 09:50

DS has just said "If Jakey voted for the UK I think they'd have left him in Swansea too"

Grin
Itsjustafleshwound · 30/01/2013 09:51

Opportunity - what about the practicalities ...

SomeBear · 30/01/2013 09:51

I'm not liking how the dad is talking about leaving the eldest daughter. Did he just say "she was a bit upset which was understandable, I guess"?

SconeInSixtySeconds · 30/01/2013 09:52

Yup, someone phoned me too.

The beaches are beautiful as long as you ignore the warning signs for rips, sharks and snakes supermarkets are much smaller there and v.expensive. We learned to live very differently.

The fact is when you settle down, work still happens, and the washing still needs to be done. What's the saying? The grass is greener on the other side but the grass still needs cutting.

SconeInSixtySeconds · 30/01/2013 09:52

Taking the car because they are really expensive!

Aftereightsarenolongermine · 30/01/2013 09:56

Jakey very entitled methinks

MrsReiver · 30/01/2013 09:56

They're not going to leave poor Kirsty alone until she's moved over there, they'll just grind her down.

EightToSixer · 30/01/2013 09:56

Look,he's still playing computer games... On his own

Sparklingbrook · 30/01/2013 09:56

Hahahaha is Jakey on the Xbox? Grin

OP posts:
MrsReiver · 30/01/2013 09:56

I see Jacob is missing his sister so much that while she's on skype he's plugged into his sodding playstation.

FatimaLovesBread · 30/01/2013 09:57

I've found her on FB Grin

I like how after saying Simon plays football with Jakey she added if he gets home early

MrsReiver · 30/01/2013 09:57

I think the conclusion is - bugger all has changed, they're just on the computer and games console in the sunshine.....

Vagndidit · 30/01/2013 09:57

Coming in way late on today's revisited...
