Jakey is grating my carrot. Feel sorry for 'Kirst'. Fancy not being swayed by a shower room of her own. Hmm

How do they know if they're overpriced? Are they comparing them to UK prices?

And how old is the grumpy teen?

Would you not wear a suit jacket or even a tie to a job interview?

Does Trudy work?

Phew found you, thanks for the redirect Sparkling. I'm glad I didn't see this one first time round might be a bit bored if I had.

I'm not sure I can tut at pushy parents making their kids go if they don't want to. I think, until they are adults it's up to parents to make what they consider to be the best decision for them.

I hate the home family video bits. It's emotional blackmail. I do tut at that- and think selfish, selfish! When DS said that he and his GF were thinking of going- she would be the primary applicant as a children's nurse, I said go for it while you're young and have no ties. He was a bit upset and we both ended up crying.

Oh my god! I just spotted that bathroom! What were they thinking?

Why do they always over-estimate what their house is worth?

Report
MrsReiver · 30/01/2013 09:35

I hope they factored in the cost of Jakey's Lego habit in their budget. That Star Wars stuff is extortionate.

How much did they think their house was worth? I missed the beginning.

If she comes after her degree, surely she'll have to have her own visa and job opportunities.

My friend went to live in Perth for a year, she hated it. V expensive and boring she said

They live overlooking a big beach but don't go on it. Why would they suddenly start going outdoors there.
