it's the pocket watch the diver grabs - the one that had real Amanda's mum photo!!!

also yes it is a shirt, but more the checkered flanel type (I called them cowboy shirts), and there's a wedding ring on the ring finger (as it's a left arm)!!! you can see the ring clearly in 3 separate shots

so I think it is Jack, he does have those sort of shirts - and if he proposes to fauxmanda that will seal his fate - oh no!!!!!!!!!

and no bracelet or cufflinks (see why the police has trouble with witness statements!)

Right. So the dead man could be:
Jack (after marrying Fauxmanda, for the sake of the baby).

Daniel (after being tricked into marrying Ashley then trying to escape on Jack's boat - thinking outside the box).

Erm.....

Conrad (in disguise, running away on Jack's boat after it became public that he paid a Dr to keep Charlotte in rehab so he could get her inheritance. The boat is tampered with, or Emily-Amanda chucks him overboard).

Absolutely love Revenge and am very hooked although it is TV tripe (DHs words) but very addictive.

I gave up on Lost after the second or perhaps 3rd series as it got ridiculous so hope I don't with Revenge.
