ken yes it was! DD is ignoring me, obsessed with trying to crawl and I had mountains of ironing (depressing), so the gigantic "omnibus" made it easier.

Yes - some parts are unrealistic but I suppose that's the land of soaps - needs to be some poetic license for it to work - certainly not that much going on in my street . Still my favourite soap though - and far funnier than EE.

yes agree, it knocks the socks off other soaps - I am being picky definitley prefer the odd bit of non-continuity to the humourlessness of other soaps - and I should be grateful for itvplayer, because the tv in our house is always monoplised by various of my DC, whilst my (work ) laptop is mine, all mine

I agree, despite a lot of shortcomings it is by far the best British soap, the good bits more than outweigh the bad. It has been a lot better recently due to the absence of Carla, Peter, Dev, Sunita and Carl.

I have known a few Kirsty-types in my lifetime, she's eerily familiar! Think she does it well because I'm always on edge that Tyrone is gonna get a thump. Think she will deck Fizz or something in public then that will be it and also Tyrone will then realise his feelings for Fizz.

All I can think when watching the surrogate storyline is TINA WILL YOU TAKE IT EASY WITH THE FECKING FAKE TAN and Tommy is as cute as a puppy dog

As much as I would love to see Fizz and Tyrone get together with the babies, there is one major problem. Kirsty has refused to put Tyrone on the birth certificate so officially he is not the father. She used this as a threat against him. I had completely forgotten!

So we need to find a way around this. Perhaps Kirsty could do something for which she gets arrested and put into prison so that she is out of the way. But would Tyrone get custody of Ruby?! I am worrying about this far too much .

i think i remember tyrone investigating at the time and finding out that he could apply for a court ordered DNA test to be done but that kirsty would have to give consent for it to happen (what's the point of a court ordering it then? )
