In last night's show Darcy did a joke about Colin channeling John Cleese (silly walks reference) and it got no real response from the audience at all. When they showed it again tonight, her "joke" got a huge amount of laughter from the audience.
It's a miracle!

Yes Idon'tknowhow they make the audience do spontanteous bits of choreographed laughing and clapping and laughing turning into clapping etc. so that that can slot it in when needed! Also Darcy doesn't have the aid of Bruce's 'when I lift my hands up you must laugh' technique which saves so many of his 'jokes'

I was quite happy with the result and thought it was arrogant of Colin to say in his final speech something along the lines of "for all those who might question it, these judges have so much knowledge in a field that none of us can begin to understand". Expecting public outcry much?

I went last year and it was absolutely fantastic. We got to meet them at the end and I shook his hand a couple of times and got a couple of pics of DD with the pair of them.

He is very good looking in the flesh, and katya was absolutely stunning.

I quite like Richard actually (probably because Erin's one of my favourites), and I'm glad he's still in, but he does seem to be taking every possible opportunity to cop a quick feel!

Glad Richard stayed - he gave a courageous dance off. Yes, he keeps giving Erin big smackeroo kisses and very tight squeezes which look like they might hurt a bit!

Won't really miss Colin but I do love Kristina.

Kimberley was sexy but that wasn't a proper salsa.

Louis OK but a bit deadpan.

Denise and James excellent, fab song, even though I don't like her and her hard eyes.

Dani and Vincent overmarked; her feet in her kicks were awful, not pointed at all.

Fern dull. Artem is v squat and solidly built. Not a fan. Although he has a nice face.

Lisa and Robin not great, but I like them anyway.

Can't remember anyone else. Underwhelming.

Oh yeah. Victoria needs to take the miserable stick out of her arse and man up.

I find Richard creepy and smarmy so am disappointed he is still there. DVO shouldn't be in the show, she's too good, they should just have people who haven't danced much. agree they need more tall female pro dancers.
It would be interesting to know how they weight public v panel votes, I suspect the public vote counts for less than 50%.
I bet dani wants to punch bruno for his snide comments about her height every week.

I'm with LadyClarice about Victoria. If you can't handle the pressure, don't go into the competition! All the slebs go into it for the money and to raise their profiles. If I was a producer looking for a new sports face and watching Strictly, I'd think about Victoria, "Well, she's pretty, but she'd be hell to work with, especially if anything goes wrong". I honestly don't think she's doing herself any favours.

I like Fern, but has anyone else noticed that every week she does the splits and picks up her dress and swishes it about like a flamenco dancer.

DvO, still dislike, but that dance was good. It should be with her experience though.

Colin was at a disadvantage being paired with a short dancer, perhaps he should have got Erin or Natalie as he is the tallest. I think Colin could have been a contender, given the chance.

I think Victoria looks the part, but is a crap dancer, however, the judges don't seem to tell her this. They are all too nice to her IMO, the others would get harsh remarks, but she is brave for standing on the judges desk. She does do the fluttery lash thing a lot.

I want Kimberley, Dani or Louis to win.

Hi LittleAbruzz* I like Fern too she tries really hard but I'm not sure she's got the staying power she must be nearly 60 or so. She needs to be sat at home with a and her feet up watching it IMO. Before I get flamed for being ageist I'm 61 !

Louis is physically good but not up to dancing with any real personality that dance on Sat. was supposed to be SEXY fgs he couldn't manage it IMO. Even with the gorgeous and very sexy Flavia.

Danni or Lisa to win. They are really improving all the time while Kim and DVO are already dancers. Lady i agree about Vic, perhaps she was advised badly.

Hi pp! I do like Lisa too, I think she had a not so good week, but it would be nice to see her flourish again next week. I love watching Flavia dance so that's part of my reason for Louis staying, I agree that he has no personality. I do think the line-up is not as good this year, IMO, where normally I am really rooting for four celebs. Nice to see Vincent still in this year as well, he has a shot with Dani. I'm fed up with the rude comments about her height too, although in the past the judges have been rude about tall girls too.

Yay! Me too. I think she seems like a really lovely person and why shouldn't she have a blub - they all work their butts off and as professional dancers they are not used to training for second place! She gets a load of hate on here from the haters

I'm another one who would love to be Flavia and thinks that I could be if only given the opportunity. Am clearly demented. She is so gorgeous I would like to bite her!
