I liked the concept of the dance off they did though; basic but effective IMO Flavia was fantastic as usual!!

Anton was a bit 'off-the-ball' in his It Takes Two bits yesterday I thought. It was as though he wasn't entirely awake and there was a beat before he would respond to whatever the person he was talking to had said. Very odd. Made me think of an article a couple of years ago (possibly Grauniad) about why the columnist didn't want his daughter to like Anton as much as she did, where he noted that he's a few sandwiches short of a picnic.

I thought it was a bit harsh for Dani to be picked out by Christopher Biggins as the one he doesn't like, particularly because it wasn't due to anything that he could put his finger on, just that he didn't really like her. That was a bit unnecessarily personal I think. yes ok a bit of double standards here, but this isn't quite so public

I'm willing to be proven wrong, but Queen's "I Want to Ride My Bicycle" song doesn't really sound like a Paso to me. Certainly not the same fury that White Stripes "Seven Nation Army" has. I saw that they had Victoria P in a ball gown for the Children in Need, Team GB dance bit. I wonder how much ahead of time that was filmed and if they wanted to keep her in the show until that showed at least?
As an aside, I laughed out loud far too late in the night and nearly woke the family, watching the equestrian GB ladies dance Gangnam Style.

oh I don't know, AndiMac - it's got quiet a few foot-stomping parts to it, and dramatic bits ( black/white/wrong/right) to fit round the foot-stomping bits! But yes it's a bit too much of un hommage when something else would have been better?
