i agreee, it is to create controversy. otehrwise surely he woudl be critical and scoring low on others. louis is obviously very popular

I wonder if it so we have an Olympian going far in the comp so as been said craig is mean so people vote to keep him in.

perhaps if loius just showed a little more emotion in the dance (says she, sitting on couch eating chocolate watching, but as much as I would love flavia to win Louis just doesn't get into the dance a bit like the posh boy from the boy band that won last year sorry forgotten his name he won with Aliola he was wooden to start with then improved so much, once he does that I'm sure Craig will be wowed because he is a excellent dancer either that or it is tactical so he can give him 9 later in the show and another vote for Claudia, Tess also looked more relaxed without Brucie.

Also the first time I could watch without fast forwarding. Tess better at Brucie's bits, Claudia better at Tess's imo.

Babbas comment re why many don't like DvO is spot on. Dani and Vincent's dance was very good this week and I loved Kimberley and Pasha's dance. Victoria really improved this week, but she was being led/held so could be business as usual next week.

I met someone last night who loved DvO. She also didn't like Lisa. Definitely not a mumsnetter.

This weeks Strictly was great, Claudia was as brilliant as I hoped she'd be. Danni was fab which pleased the DCs, and Louis and Flav were amazing too although sadly undermarked as usual. I don't know what Craig has against him, although I wish Louis wouldn't do that "dance face" when he's doing ballroom.
I cheated and looked at the spoiler on Digital Spy, wish I hadn't - it's like finding all your pressies hidden at the back of the cupboard before Christmas.

Re. Craig scoring Louis, I think his comments forced him to mark him that low really.

His dance wasn't as good as Denise's, in feeling or technique IMO, so definitely didn't deserve 9's from everybody (I would say it probably deserved 8's).

After the other judges got in a tizz about Craig's comments they had to mark high to 'validate' their comments, and Craig knew that, so he marked lower to make the overall score fair (I think at any rate ).

They work well together and Claudia is naturally very funny. I think she ad libs as well. She has a naughty soul.

Think Claudia was much better than Tess at the 'chat' stuff and Tess no where near as annoying as usual taking over Bruce ( and a lot less annoying than Bruce)

Yes to Claudia (though she should actually change her hairstyle that fringe looks daft). (I liked the way she was ironically bossing the tele voters about.) Tess's hair looked a bit lopsided ' not sure about either of their dresses though. They did make a good double act and I preferred them to Bruce F. anyday!!

YAAY to the op who mentioned how lovely the dresses are ATM,except the strange bra top ones; they look like bandages and DO NOT flatter anyone. But the designs of the dresses are quite Downton Abbey inspired IMO. Gorgeous.

Yes I think to say you're not fond of Lisa's dancing is like saying you're not fond of the film Mama Mia. It gets a tumbleweed reaction!

I thought Lisa's outfit was all wrong as well - black see through - not very flattering.
