Orderly queues are needed for those that want to:

• slap Cherry (it's a long queue. No pushing at the back please)
• help Jimmi out with his wire brush and Dettol routine
• shag befriend Kevin, Howard or Daniel (one queue for each man and no swapping)
• bet on which wig Mrs T will be wearing each day

Re. references, not sure about medics, but apparently when teachers are interviewed they get told straight after the interviews have been done whether they've been successful or not.
