Welcome again to another thread that worships the daytime soap 'Doctors'.

Feel free to join in, jump in and ask about any abbreviations.

Orderly queues are needed for those that want to:

• slap Cherry (it's a long queue. No pushing at the back please)
• help Jimmi out with his wire brush and Dettol routine
• shag befriend Kevin, Howard or Daniel (one queue for each man and no swapping)
• bet on which wig Mrs T will be wearing each day

Two of those on the 'future characters' list are off Bollyoaks.

Haven't watched today's yet, but that list of characters makes pretty grim reading - everyone is new apart from Jimmi and Heston.

oh loads of lovely threads here! Anyone else notice that Jimmi kept his shoes on upstairs & when he got on the bed? For an OCD bloke that is a bridge too far. Watched double today-Tuesday's & Wedneday's, so a bit of Doctors overkill. Laughed at 'where are the patients?' by new SDTP!

6tl is a prime candidate for a Shipman-esque storyline.

Surely Jimmi wouldn't wear shoes in the house? I expect he has those blue plastic shoe covers for tradesmen to use too.

Inspired by reading this thread a few weeks ago which helped me work out huge chunks of missing plotline I missed, I started recording Doctors because I realised most of the time I had no idea wtf was going on.

I have been dutifully watching the recordings until last week when I got a backlog of 5 in a row. A quick scan of the schedule didn't reveal anything particularly interesting so I deleted them all.

Typically I now find I have missed all the good stuff again and the long awaited outing of Cherry and all her manipulative cowbag behaviour and that she has gone (hoo-blooming-ray).

Anyway, has she gone for good do we know? Never to return?

And just as an aside what was TBFE thinking letting both his receptionists go on holiday at the same time. Or have they left too?

They don't have a very good staff retention rate there do they?

I am still struggling to see how they justify so many staff when they only seem to see one patient per day.

I've just stuck it on Series link, I'm doomed aren't I?
