Bloody hell I cried again tonight! Cried at that bit with Carol and Rick. So well done the way they just looked at each other after she saw the baby. Am thinking Carol will be heavily involved with looking after the baby with her losing Sophia. Awww!

Not watching until tomorrow will check in then

am i right in thikng that when the governor's peope turn up at the prison there's really only carole & carl who can fight?

Yes, basically the prison is totally un-protected at the moment isn't it? Surely they would have left one bad-ass back the prison to keep an eye on everything. Mind you, saying that, Carl could come to the rescue. They would totally underestimate him wouldn't they? Kids are still just kids back in Woodbury.

I was so worried when the governor pinned Maggie down etc. Honestly if he had raped her I think I would have to switch off.

Oh yes, the scene with Carol and Rick was great. And the way they hugged each other. They really did seem like family finding each other again. So much emotion.

And Carl telling Rick that Daryl was calling the baby lil kick ass

And Rick thanking Daryl for looking after her while he got his shit together came to his senses. I love all the big fighting scenes but it's the small moments in between that are done so well.

The scene with Maggie and the Guv was really hard to watch and I'm very glad it didn't go further. And loving Glenn too, he has come a long way.

I liked the way the kept referring to the fact that only 10 of them cleared the prison. Making a point of how good they all must be.

I did think they trusted Michonne a bit quickly considering how mistrustful they have been of everyone else. I mean, I know she brought the formula but still, she could have been the one that bumped off Maggie and Glenn and be leading them into a trap. Also, surely Michonne will know who they all are e.g. that Merle is Daryl's brother etc. I can't imagine that Andrea spent 8 months with her without telling her all about them. Just wondering why she didn't tell them about Andrea???

I get really nervous now even before it starts and I am dreading next weeks, even though I am massively looking forward to it. Daryl and Merle coming together, Andrea, Maggie and Glenn, what happens to the others left at the prison.

Surely Merle is going to be in deep Shit with the Gov when he finds out Michonne is still alive?

Someone has already mentioned this I think but Andrea's underwear was totally unbelievable! No way would your scanties be that nice in the middle of a zombie apocalypse!

I'd forgotten Merle had said Michonne was dead. So while they are attacking Woodbury, the others will be attacking the prison? At least at the prison they can lock gates and doors behind them - they will have to get through the fence first won't they and then hopefully there will be lots of places for them to disappear to and hide clutches at straws. I really don't want anything to happen to Carol now she has turned up again.

I'm watching Fridays episode and I'm wondering... How are the women's faces so hairless? I can't go a week without plucking a forest from my eyebrows! I can imagine that the stress might get rid of any periods, just about...

Hopefully the prison is all locked up if Meroe and the guy do show up there. Hopefully rick's group will take a few bodies out if they get into Woodbury

When Glenn was being tortured by Merle, he said that Rick, Daryl, Shane, Andrea etc would be out looking for them...why did he mention Shane in that list? Merle wouldn't have known Shane as they left him on the rooftop in Atlanta and didn't find Shane (and Lori, Carl etc) until after they'd escaped from Atlanta.

Completely agree about Andrea's undies...mine aren't that nice and I haven't spent the last year or so in the midst of a ZA.

Merle did know Shane. He was part of their group along with T Dog and Andrea and the rest of the ones Rick found in Atlanta. They had gone into Atlanta to get some supplies and left Carl and Lori and the rest back at camp as well as Shane and Daryl

But yes, Rick did tell them to lock themselves in. Although I keep thinking that if they take them by surprise they won't stand much chance

Yeah Merle did know Shane from before. But he doesn't know Shane is dead and neither does Andrea yet.

I was worried about the gang left at the prison and said they would be unprotected but now am thinking its probably going to be the gang infiltrating Woodbury that will be most in danger. I bet the twist will be that the prison guys defend themselves well and the others Or some of the others get captured.

The governor said to 'scope' the prison out, not attack it, so rick might get back before they attack it. Or they might think 'oh craps there's 3 missing, bet they've gone to Woodbury to get Glenn and Maggie back' can't believe only one more episode left before the gap. Usually I will not watch the last episode in a series and watch it before the next series starts (hate cliffhangers) but don't think I can not watch next weeks.

oh good point, if Merle is there then they'll be on their guard. Actually they are fairly wary of strangers anyway. I'd be so thrilled to see someone, anyone, who wasn't there to eat my entrails I'd be flinging my arms around any humans that turned up

After all the whole reason Rick chained him up there in the first place was because he was a violent racist. Not saying he deserved death by zombie but he's hardly the wounded innocent.

The question is what sort of plan they come up with isn't it?? They could grab Beth through the fence, hold a knife to her throat and make Herschel open the gates. They could just cut through the fence and not care a out opening it up to walkers, or hey could try and sweet talk there way in, in which case, is Merle smart enough to send someone else in his place and only come out when the doors are open???
