Just read that Katya Virshilas isn't returning to the show, a new dancer Karen Hauer is taking her place.

Who will be in this year's line up?

Does it make a difference that they were Cha Cha -ing? I don't know which dances they're allowed lifts in?

I also miss Claudia . Zoe is fine and all but I loved the Claude. She isn't the same on the results show. I'd rather they swapped back but arguably they have more to consider than my feelings?

I hope the Dance Offs work this year.

Yes think it is the dance cha cha can have lifts

Nope, it's salsa which you can have lifts in (the five ordinary dances shouldn't: chacha, samba, rumba, paso and jive) but I don't really remember than mentioning it in the Latin as much as the ballroom, don't know why

Are you sure there's no lifts in the jive scatter??

I'm fairly sure there shouldn't be, but I think they can get away with assisted jumps/throws.

I think the dances with lifts allowed are Am Smooth, Argentine Tango, salsa, charleston and the rock 'n' roll stuff.

Yes, but not a very good one

That's great though do you find strictly inspiring or a bit off putting? I did ballet for years then modern dance at uni. I've done some salsa but the club in london was v. smelly!! in Fr. the club is great but they're a long way from where we live!

Caught up on a week's worth of ITT last night. Zoe mentioned something about DvO having a whiplash from the jive. They all looked good in training, especially Colin and Louis .

They showed Darcey's expressions when she was watching Louis dance last Saturday. It was very funny.

TBH I won't miss DVO she wasn't being at all nice to her partner when they were training I shouldn't think he'll miss her either I lOVE Darcey she's real.

I wish Lee Mead would do SCD that would be better than watching his gurning wife.
