Just read that Katya Virshilas isn't returning to the show, a new dancer Karen Hauer is taking her place.

Who will be in this year's line up?

Definitely Aitch, you come out on such a high. We got dance floor seats last year £70 but it was well worth it.

the normal seats were £40 ish I think. There were two huge screens anyway so you don't miss much.

hmm, weirdly i have just checked and they seem to be doing about eight shows but there are only absolutely SHITE seats left... i'm surprised they've sold out so fast (if that's what happened). good luck to them, if so. was recently at venue to see jesus christ superstar (tim miiiiiiiiiiiiiiinchiiiiiiiiiiiiin) and the visibility was so poor that about fifty of us just refused to go back to our seats, har har. vive la revolution. it's what jesus would have done.

We got ours a couple of weeks ago. The venue had a pre-general release sale for people on their mailing list.

There's two massive screens and the whole floor of the arena is the dancefloor. Even if you were at the back you would probably still see a fair bit.

ach, but a fair bit at forty odd pounds a head is pretty cack, especially when i KNOW those seats are crap. it would be different if i hadn't just suffered miserably in the venue, i guess. shame...

Who presents the live shows? Can't imagine Bruce and Tess schlepping round the country.

Aitch - saw Jesus Christ Superstar on Sunday. My friend won free tickets. Tim Minchin was astounding.

Claudia had a baby recently so think she decided not to come back this time. Shame I lurve her lots.

I think it's the same as last year, i.e. Zoe doing ITT, and Claudia doing the results show with Tess.

Re the live shows - I was really disappointed not to be able to get tickets last year so was determined I would this year (3 DDs all absolutely nuts about Strictly). I went through the online booking process the other night - for 5 of us, in seats that were at the back of the first block at the O2 (ie not on such a steep incline you'd struggle if you get vertigo and not up close to the dance floor), it was £45 a head! Then there was a £4.50 booking fee PER TICKET, an admin fee and postage costs. All in all it was going to cost over £250 . Then there's the travel/parking costs, and the food and the programme.... I just couldn't bring myself to spend that amount - particularly when I equated it to our car hire for our summer holiday next year!

I agree re: Zoe - I didn't think I could love another after Claudia {sob} but she's a pretty good second. Claudia can't be "Claudia" so much on the results show, but it's better than nothing.

And am very of all those who've managed to see Tim Minchin. Just not sure I could stomach Chris Moyles & Mel C though.

Just watched Lisa and Robin on ITT. After Liftgate and the new dancer getting in such trouble about it, why did no-one mention the lift in their routine?

Surely it is still a lift even if she lifts him?
