I am all bunged up with a cold and have a headache but I am ploughing on regardless.

Cardibach- I went to Lampeter. Bit of a culture shock to a Mancunian in 1990! Carmarthen was the nearest 'big' town (16 miles away!). The bus journey used to make me really sick. If we were really adventurous- we'd go to Aberystwyth. If we were feeling suicidal, we got the Traws to Swansea or Cardiff. It used to feel like it took all day!

I have been shopping and I have vodka. I think it will be more useful than food.
