I'm not sure she worked any less. we don't get to see everything and can't say for sure. Getting free stuff can be hard work and i was impressed with that.

Don't really see why AS picked Michelle as opposed to Badger.. that programme afterwards didn't really explain (or get AS to explain his decision making)So was left feeling hmm not convinced.
I reckon Michelle is more of an 'apprentice' but Badger is too set(t) in her ways!!!!!!!Grin
I was annoyed about how they pick up on the women's swearing - whereas a man, oh, it just doesn't feature does it?
Women still have a hell of a fight to get on in business.

I was surprised and disappointed by his choice. But if they have both been working for him for 6 months, then that's what he's basing the decision on, isn't it?

I just didnt think Michelle ever seemed authoritive enough with people in her group

paul and syed were running amock, whereas ruths group were all motivated and working hard

I like michelle but I thought the badger would have won and alan seemd very keen on her too, maybe he was scared

She has great taste in clothes.

I think he picked her cos he liked her, empathised with her, and saw that she put a high value on family ties. I think she did have confidence and authority - just not in the over-bearing badger way.

Anyone watching the American one that's just started? I don't think Martha Stewart is nearly as watchable as Siralan! Although she is more likeable. She doesn't say "you're fired" in such a damning way, and then she writes them little letters - wtf? I thought that Michelle won it last week really - after all Ruth really won that last task hands down, but it didn't seem to make any difference.

AS FROM TODAY RUTH IS LAUNCING A CONSULTANCY COMPANY

MICHELLE IS STARTING A COMPANY FOR REUSING OLD COMPUTERS CALLED ZEON GREEN
