Ruth doesn't arf suffer with sort of red and sweaty affliction. she needs some colour control foundation........too aggressive for me. Wish she would chill a bit.

So guess it has to be Michelle. Thought some of the interviewers hit the nail on the head with her lack of 'personality'

women can't win can they? they are either hysterical, or they have no personality. i though the breakdown of michelle's performance was rampant sexism exemplified: 'oh, you liked her did you? oh dear i think that she has seduced you'

what??? because she is the only non-ugly contender.

traits that would be seen as fantastic in a man (cool calm and collected) are seen as 'cold fish' in a woman....

paul losing was classic. just wish ruth had lost too.

Er, I don't think thats it actually. I just like pple who can have a bit more of a laugh. She seems to take herself more seriously. I'm not knocking her shes obviously fab at what she does. Its just an observation. We are all making assumptions here about all the candidates (including me) - Pauls cocky, Ruth's aggressive, blah blah

Why was Ruth so surprised two women are in the final? Why even mention it, if you think you're the best there's no surprise surely?

I just love this programme.

Glad Tulip went. Cocky wanker. Can't beleive he's only 25, thought he was at least 35. Must have had a bloody hard paper round.

Michelle impressed me tonight.Agree with soph about her being attractive, can sometimes go against you. (i should know Grin)She does suffer from lank her though, needs a bit of volume.

Ruth is too aggressive for me, I feel she is the type of person that not many staff would get on with. All that mouth licking is off putting too.
