I happen to be very good friends with Justin and he is very committed to his work and is a genuinely lovely chap.
He works incredibly hard and I also know, even when he isn't keen to, he still goes out of his way for his fans.
Whether it be during filming or while he's shopping, he never says no to a photo or an autograph.
I think it's a bit harsh for people to judge someone on a "one time" meeting, as this may not always be the most ideal situation for that person to be at their absolute best.
Before you ask, I don't know if Justin has read this or any other threads, but he's always interested in peoples feedback for shows etc.
