Honestly, if you like a good drama (with cheesy acting) about rich people in the Hamptons getting up to allsorts, this is for you.

E4 9pm tonight.

Loving Revenge here too.

I do get a bit confused at times, luckily DH watches it with me so we can try and work itout.

How longis this first series? Seems to have been going on for a while.

MurielTheActor · 28/08/2012 11:58

So now everyone likes Nolan?
Scroll back a few pages and I think you'll find I can safely claim 'I saw him first' Wink

TwllBach · 28/08/2012 21:34

This last episode with them all sitting round the table - that's the first time I really felt the tension and it's completely hooked me Grin I love this programme!

cheeseandmushroomtoastie · 28/08/2012 22:47

Just watched Monday's episode? Who do we think broke into Emily's place? Oh my god! What an ending! But apparently there is a second series being commissioned. Does that mean it will get dragged out? Angry

cheeseandmushroomtoastie · 28/08/2012 22:49

Also a 'ringer' addict here. Bit gutted about the rubbish ending though. Won't get those hours back of my life Grin

CapuccinoCannoliLover · 29/08/2012 08:28

I like Ringer too! When is season 2 coming back?

tribpot · 29/08/2012 08:59

It looks as if Ringer has been cancelled and is looking for a new home :( I do hope this gets picked up - I was hearted to see a mainstream show that was willing to have so many twisty-turny plots when I think a lot of shows would have assumed the audience was too dim to follow them. There are rumours it might find a new home - much as Unforgettable is hoping to. Ringer was often number 1 in the iTunes download chart, but these are the kinds of numbers that don't feed into ratings.

I think if Revenge has been renewed - and I hope it has - it could do with starting to hint that there is another major secret somewhere.

MilkshakeMaker · 29/08/2012 11:09

Anyone know how many more eps are left?

whatkungfuthat · 29/08/2012 11:34

I think it was fake Amanda that did the break in, she has clearly had enough.

TwllBach · 29/08/2012 11:43

Is Nolan definitely on her side? Do you think that could be one of the twists - that he did the break in?

I wonder if fake Emily really does feel what fake Amanda assumes she does? I have so many questions!

MilkshakeMaker · 29/08/2012 12:02

Ooo I hope its Nolan that broke in, to be fair for weeks he's been sticking up for poor jack and saying fake Emily is going to far.

Who do we think actually pulls the trigger on Daniel?

Listmaker · 29/08/2012 13:39

Can I ask a question. Do we know why Emily was in jail (where she met 'real Emily')? Did she spend her whole childhood in homes/detention places?

Thanks!

CapuccinoCannoliLover · 29/08/2012 18:01

Tyler found the secret 'compartment' in the floor, but don't think he had the opportunity to tell anyone/do anything, so that leaves Nolan or fake Amanda. Nolan cares about Jack as he is the first person to be like a friend to him.

CapuccinoCannoliLover · 29/08/2012 18:01

ps. tribpot nooooooo! about Ringer! Loved that, it simply must return!

Blondeshavemorefun · 29/08/2012 18:13

The mystery deepens

Who stole the box. Why doesn't the house have an alar

Glad we know Victoria is lying about David raping her and that Daniel knows his mum lied

Did feel sorry for Charlotte though

I think - as I rewatched the first episode that Emilys face is blank as she knew he was going to be shot

And for all we know that Daniel isn't dead ..,,,,

Stranger things have happened

MilkshakeMaker · 29/08/2012 20:56

I cant help thinking of 13 going on 30 when ever I see that Charlotte, And I cant remember the exact reason Listmaker, But i'm pretty sure it was along the lines of a foster dad was abusing her/others so she 'stopped him' and thats how she ended up in prison with the real Emily.

maytheoddsbeeverinyourfavour · 30/08/2012 01:27

I just googled the actor who plays Nolan and he's 40 Shock I thought he was much younger than that!

Orenishii · 30/08/2012 08:04

I thought it was real Emily that attacked her foster dad - which is why fake Emily has her record which is what Victoria had uncovered about her and why Daniel threw it back in Victoria's face (like, yeah she's so bad, she's was being abused!!), because they've switched identities? So fake Amanda will have to take on whatever the real Amanda did to get in juvie?

diddl · 30/08/2012 08:16

I think that Nolan helps out because he´s bored.

Maybe the richest there, but not really accepted by anyone?

TBH, I´d give it all up & marry Nolan!

I think that Tyler has taken the box-maybe he was released to his brother or something?

But how can she ever reveal herself to be Amanda Clarke?

How would it ever be explained?

I suppose it´s based on the Count of Monte Cristo?

MilkshakeMaker · 30/08/2012 08:31

Oooh yeah! Shows how dense I am I didn't even click!

Oblomov · 30/08/2012 16:28

I too think that Tyler has taken the box, because he saw her floor hatch, when he came, and threatened to shoot Amanda ( fake Emily) , when they were all sat round her table.

AmIthatbad · 03/09/2012 22:58

Help.................I have just watched this twice, on E4 and +1.

I have no idea what is going on now.

What did the Sensei mean - and why did he pick up Amanda?

What is Nolan up to?

How did Amanda get away from Tyler?

Why did she run away from St Jack.

I'm confused now

cheeseandmushroomtoastie · 03/09/2012 23:01

Confused too. Does Daniel know everything, although I doubt he would have believed Tyler. Why didn't Emily go running when she saw Charlotte shouting Daniel?! Hate the fact that I have to wait a whole week.

The sensai thing is wired too, he gave Nolan a 'look', or did I imagine that?!

tribpot · 03/09/2012 23:02

I think she ran from St Jack in order to save Emily - having realised she had been her on side all the time.

I thought Emily, Nolan and Sensei were working on a plan to extract Daniel from his family - did this go wrong because St Jack turned up? Or was the plan to try and frame Daniel for Tyler's murder? (I doubt Nolan would have gone along with that? Poetic justice for David Clarke having been framed for murder?)

On the plus side - hurrah! Village Idiot Daniel lives to fight another day.

cheeseandmushroomtoastie · 03/09/2012 23:02

Love the series though for its originality though. One of the few things I still watch religiously. that and the kardashians
