Booze. Well, one of my favourite subjects. And, I think they are going to be at the champagne bar in St Pancras. Im going there for a do next week so Im interested to see it.

I can see myself majorly shouting at the telly tonight.

Does anyone else feel like The Apprentice has had its day now? I actually dont remember their names from week to the next.

ooh! gives me an excuse to grab a glass ... I must check the nose and colour after all!

Isn't Tom a wine specialist? this could be interesting, as he was PM last week.

I'm getting better with their names, but yes, i think this series isn't as interesting/entertaining thus far... suppose it depends on how long boggle and kimberleh stay in.

Tee2072 · 16/05/2012 20:42

Hi!

I agree, BF. My husband and I were just saying it needs some changes to keep our interest. And a better bunch of candidates!

Kellamity · 16/05/2012 20:43

Yes I'm very bored this series, needs a shake up or needs to retire.

BrightnessFalls · 16/05/2012 20:44

they are a pretty mundane bunch. Does anyone know what the prize is this year? last year, I think it was a grant.

Right, I have Shiraz, do I need to let it breath for the next 14 minutes?

Normally I watch avidly. This year, I've hardly watched one episode - it's really lost any sort of link to a business reality, and no-one has a memorable personality.

Kellamity · 16/05/2012 20:51

You need to test that shiraz first BF, just to make sure it's ok Wink I am currently "testing" a merlot!

BornSicky · 16/05/2012 20:51

i think the prize is an investment £250K or £500K, not sure.

And it depends on how nice the shiraz! and how old it is! i'd go for drinking it, personally, though I'm sure tom will have a few tips!

BrightnessFalls · 16/05/2012 20:53

what do you mean, how old it is? I bought it from Tesco two hours ago Smile

Tee2072 · 16/05/2012 20:54

It's a £250k investment this year. Chump change, really.

BornSicky · 16/05/2012 20:55

down it!

Glittertwins · 16/05/2012 20:57

Classy Grin

Strolls in, sits down and clinks glass.
Booze you say? Good-o.

Glittertwins · 16/05/2012 20:58

I'm sticking to no drinking on a school night as I stuffed myself with choc roll after the DCs asked so nicely for some cake!

Tee2072 · 16/05/2012 21:00

I have no booze. Sad

Kellamity · 16/05/2012 21:01

Flippen heck just need to sort myself out after DIY SOS, only tuned into the last 10 minutes Blush

Tee2072 · 16/05/2012 21:06

BornSicky · 16/05/2012 21:07

"what you've given me is a life-support machine"

Tee2072 · 16/05/2012 21:07

BornSicky · 16/05/2012 21:08

tom PM?who'd have thunk!

Tee2072 · 16/05/2012 21:08

Forget their superior knowledge, we're better looking!

Glittertwins · 16/05/2012 21:09

Nick's eyebrow flicker....sounds like Tom and co should win on paper. But seeing as Adam doesn't even know Champagne is a French region.....
