I'm watching but don't remember the original documentary at all.

ggirltwin2pinot · 09/04/2012 22:07

same..don't remember it

birthdaygurl · 09/04/2012 22:09

Me!!! I think I watched this when pregnant with DD1.

sailorsgal · 09/04/2012 22:10

I don't remember it at all. They have a great attitude though, you have to work for anything.

birthdaygurl · 09/04/2012 22:11

Amy and Kelly seem like lovley girls and are doing well.

birthdaygurl · 09/04/2012 22:12

So brilliant that they got a five bed house.

lagoonhaze · 09/04/2012 22:14

What channel is it on?

birthdaygurl · 09/04/2012 22:14

3

sailorsgal · 09/04/2012 22:14

The family have a lot more than they had when the other girls were small.

NiceHamione · 09/04/2012 22:15

I am watching, I also cannot remember the original

bekspolo · 09/04/2012 22:15

May sound ignorant, but if her kids are all grown up, why isn't mum working?

bekspolo · 09/04/2012 22:16

Ah, actually she just explained!

birthdaygurl · 09/04/2012 22:16

I was thinking that Bek.

sailorsgal · 09/04/2012 22:16

She had problems when her second marriage broke down and had to give up work.

birthdaygurl · 09/04/2012 22:17

About the marriage break up? That was 2009.

sailorsgal · 09/04/2012 22:18

Does she only have the two younger girls living at home now?

OddBoots · 09/04/2012 22:18

They said this was filmed in 2011, not sure if it was early or late 2011 and when in 2009 the marriage came to an end.

Thank you. Have put it on record as was meaning to watch it but baby had other ideas!

bekspolo · 09/04/2012 22:22

Still a long time then to not work? Maybe I just don't understand??

sailorsgal · 09/04/2012 22:23

I think the mum has had a history of depression.

birthdaygurl · 09/04/2012 22:23

I'm confused, she has been on bens for 7 out of 11 years. I thought she meant she gave up work when her first marriage split in 2009, prehaps it was her 2nd marriage split 2 years ago? Confused

birthdaygurl · 09/04/2012 22:24

Yes maybe it was the depression.

Hissboo · 09/04/2012 22:24

It sounds as if the mother had a breakdown as two of the children said they had to give up their careers/jobs to look after her (or I assume the younger children). I assume that dads 1 and 2 don't play much of a role.

NiceHamione · 09/04/2012 22:25

Yes she has been depressed and had benefits, however she seems to have raised some strong girls able to contribute to society.

I am 15 mins behind in case there is a reveal that I don't know.

birthdaygurl · 09/04/2012 22:26

No doubt the girls are doing well.
