Think it's in the top 10 of weird Doctors stories!

OP posts:
toldmywrath · 22/03/2012 21:22

I watched it on I player catch up-I can't believe that they get away with the constant sex references at this time of day-I hope no children watch it! Also the lecturer the other day (the older one with dead wife)is David from The Archers. He appeared in Doctors a few year s ago when Donna (nurse who fell in love with her half brother)was in it & she was helping him with his impotence problems.Oh well ..

Sparklingbrook · 23/03/2012 10:17

Talking of Brookside and Sue and Terry. Have you seen this?

valiumredhead · 23/03/2012 10:51

Re sex references - did anyone see the episode where Zara told the Mill staff that Daniel was an excellent cunnilingist??? Shock I spat my tea out!

madhairday · 23/03/2012 12:25

Shock valium! There have been a few dodgy scenes too as well as references.

I have ds off school ill today, so may need to send him to bed postpone watching it.

Brookside takes me back.

We had a spider in our student house called BarryTerry, said in scouse accent.

Random fact.

Raahh · 23/03/2012 13:19

The business with Brian Regan from Brookie is quite sad. I used to love brookside, but as it became obvious itwas going tobe for the chop, it got silly. But it had some good storylines- although the Beth/body under the patio thing was a bit daft- but the trial had me hooked. It was a shame when the series ended though.

I think Mal Young was involved in Brookside and Doctors,as producer.

ooh- annoying, over enthusiastic new wpc.

Blimey- Freya is having to deal with a patient!

Old lady being burgled by wayward grandson, probably

Raahh · 23/03/2012 14:06

What has the wpc been in? Think a kids programme, but not sure...

Raahh · 23/03/2012 14:46

'At Home with the Braithwaites'! (the prog where the family won the lottery). I used to like that.

So not a cbeebies-cast off then!

valiumredhead · 23/03/2012 15:38

Hi all. I have Sky + the last couple. i am going to have my own mini omnibus on Sunday. Grin Caught the end of today's true to life episode. Grin

FiteFuaite · 24/03/2012 13:22

Could this thread be any more wonderful?!

I hate and have hated OFAH for a long, long time, and particularly the one where Delboy falls through the bar. I just cannot laugh at that...perhaps because they wheel it out every now and again to show how 'hilarious' the show was Confused

And the latest offering from David Jason was execrable...mil was visiting over Christmas and wanted to watch it,so we did and I thought it would never end,it was toe-curlingly awful. As was the Ab Fab special, mil wanted to watch that, too.I think I gave up and went to clean the oven half way through Grin

Sparklingbrook · 24/03/2012 13:29

Fite. Grin Not forgetting the unfunny Batman and Robin episode, ooh and the chandelier one. Hmm Grin
