Love the idea of Tyrone's girlfriend doing it and going out.

Bossy went to the theatre last week and Molly Dobbs was in the cast. Seems like she survived the tram crash and is alive and well. Perhaps she will come back and do Frank in Grin.

I do think the writers have implied it is Carla, more than the others. Though, I did think, at the end, it could have been possible that Michelle was hiding out of sight upstairs and attacked Frank as maybe she thought he was going to rape Carla again.

If it wasn't Carla, and someone who heard what went on and came to her aid...actually, I think it's Michelle. I reckon she was still in there, heard what happened and went to help. Michelle's not been back in it long and she's not really a major character. She'd prob even get off if she explained. That's my guess for the moment...
