Could Nigel Havers have a gripe with him? Either stunningly bad acting at the line, "what, the factory guy?" or very good acting at pretending to be someone badly acting shocked and saying "what, the factory guy?"

Mum's reaction seems unlikely to be fake, so possibly ruling her out. Anyone seen the online rumours, just saw something on Yahoo saying that bookies are no longer taking bets because of some online rumours?

I think the police are very slow and so they take a loooong time to find out who the killer really is - by which time...Simon wakes up in the bath with his ducks and realises that it was all a dream and when the bathroom door opens

its Leanne coming to get him out of the bath...
