I think baby's just got a splint on because she'll have a canula in (standard when they're admitted to SCBU). Did we find out if her arm was broken? I'm guessing not since mum was able to handle her.

Giorgi does seem to have her head screwed on, no rose tinted glasses there. I think she / they'll be ok.
