Anyone finding this relationship between Mrs Tenby and her lodger a bit creepy?
The lodger pursuing her I mean? I think she should kick him out!

I think Mac died, of alcohol related stuff IIRC.

HarriettJones · 04/02/2012 08:08

And they can always get a friendly policemen to break into houses/arrest people/solve murders.

hating Mrs Tembe btw

Sparklingbrook · 04/02/2012 08:10

It's always the same policeman too. The one from the family who ultimately won't inherit that house. Angry

Don't remember Mac.

inmysparetime · 04/02/2012 08:14

Mac was Julia's husband. He cheated on her and was an alcoholic, an was the practice manager. He was the same actor that played James Heriot in "all creatures great and small" a long time ago.

Sparklingbrook · 04/02/2012 08:19

Oh, right-Christoper Timothy was it? I am always sitting there watching Doctors going 'what did he/she used to be in? Grin

inmysparetime · 04/02/2012 08:30

Yes, I have a memory for faces but not names. There was the biker doctor who ended up in a wheelchair too, I can't remember what happened to him though.
Doctor Woodson was married to that dishy lawyer fellow, but they went to Japan with their ludicrously named baby (Bracken IIRC).

Sparklingbrook · 04/02/2012 08:32

They should put it on earlier so I could concentrate better. Grin

I don't know Zukie. Does Cherry fancy Freya do we know? I wonder about the wedding but I believe it does go ahead.

Bluebell99 · 04/02/2012 18:38

Didn't the biker doctor end up being killed crossing the road, after learning to walk again?!

Sparklingbrook · 04/02/2012 20:07

I have read them Never. It looks like a boring couple of weeks TBH.

NeverKnowinglyUnderstood · 04/02/2012 20:11

13th Feb looks interesting, no?

Sparklingbrook · 04/02/2012 20:14

Yes-but that saga has gone on so long. Grin Who would have thought it wouldn't be straightforward. Shock

NeverKnowinglyUnderstood · 04/02/2012 20:17

inmysparetime · 05/02/2012 07:18

It's not even that Karen's "common", she's just so brash and ridiculously shoutyGrin

spanky2 · 05/02/2012 10:07

Hello Sparklingbrook, enjoying the cold weather in the morning?! I was doing my usual Saturday catch up on Doctors. I thought it would be okay to watch with ds1 (age 7,) and ds2 (age4,) in the room as it's on in the daytime. Oh no, the doctor (can't remember his name,) announced there were 3 used condoms in the bin! That was a panic to get it switched off, I didn't fancy explaining that one!

Sparklingbrook · 05/02/2012 11:32

Morning Spanky. Grin Doctors is one weird show, but strangely compelling.
