Oooh nearly that time of year . As we all know there's no Mitchell , so meet the new vampire on the block Hal .
Tom is back, but I have to say (at the moment ) the pic at top of page looks a bit 'odd' ,there's no Nina , and George is leaving as well .
So big changes !
Who's in ?

I must say, I was very cool on Hal at first, but I've really warmed to him; there is real pathos in his OCD ways. With Mitchell, it always felt as though his abstention was not born out of morality but egotism, whereas Hal seems to have been an unhappy and insecure character since his mortal days, so giving up on the bloodlust that gave him confidence and "strength" is more meaningful than Mitchell's rather vain and posturing self-denial.

The dynamics with the others help, of course: matching self-denial from Hal and Tom, and wasn't that an adorable gesture, Tom's messing up a box of matches, just to make Hal happy?

Has anyone else seen the US version of Being Human?

I cannot believe it is nearly finishing but looking forward to the Old ones arriving. This and Pramface (sorry, my guilty pleasure) are the only programmes I skyplus.

I cannot believe I'm slowly forgetting Mitchell and developing a ladycrush on Hal...

I loved last night's episode, I think Hal, Tom and Cutler are brilliant and any disappointment I had at the start about Mitchell and George going has waned a lot.

I can't wait for next week but am now gutted that this will be the last of the series.

Agreed TSM. I didn't think they would have enough time to develop Hal's character in particular in one series but he's been great. I can't beleive the it's the last one on Sunday...

love it. Roll on Sunday and make more than 8 next time.

I really really can't see it being comissioned for another series tbh...I think the last episode is going to be a conclusion that can't bring it back to its mix of humour and 'horror'

I thought it was heading towards Annie leaving - being replaced with Alex.

The past / present Cutler and Hal was interesting , I felt sorry for Cutler . Can't believe its coming to the last episode ,they HAVE to recomission it !

DC went to Eton and probably had to make toast, warm toilet seats, etc for older boys.

If Mr Snow is an old one he wouldn't have been a pupil at the same time as PM.

Saw a clip of the writer and he says we should be able to work the prophecy out before Annie, Tom etc.

Not even sure blonde ghost is Eve anymore - I feel like I need to watch the entire series again.
