Oooh nearly that time of year . As we all know there's no Mitchell , so meet the new vampire on the block Hal .
Tom is back, but I have to say (at the moment ) the pic at top of page looks a bit 'odd' ,there's no Nina , and George is leaving as well .
So big changes !
Who's in ?

Just watched it again, such a fantastic series. I think Annie has gone to Mitchell and George and Nina.

The thought of waiting another year though it's like every time Spooks finished.

GIVE ME MY FUCKING BABY ! Was a bloody brilliant moment ! and the soppy side of me loved the 'because you are my best friend' moment .

Has there been a statement that Annie WON'T be in series 5? (clutching at straws - even though I know that 4 was brilliant without George, Mitchell , Nina and Herrick so I'm sure 5 will be fab as well ) On the plus side - we've had quite a bit of Alex , so series 5 can get stuck in straight away .

Ive just been pondering this in the shower:

Annie went through the door in to the corridor.

We know she saw George, Nina and Mitchell.

I will have to watch the ending again but Im pretty sure her door didnt disappear...

Im thinking she will give Eve to George and Nina and then go back through her door. Back to Tom, Hal and Alex.

Any thoughts on that?

Annie went through two doors. One from warehouse to EVE'S Purgatory corridor. Once there her unfinished business was complete and her door showed up when she was reunited with dead pals.

I think she has officially passed over but could come back for a visit to Honolulu Heights.

Did anyone notice 2 vampires leaving when Annie came in to the warehouse? One was a little girl with bunches, perhaps they will be in the next series as baddies.

The werewolf with vials of his blood seemed almost prescient in making Tom stay outside away from the blast.

Yes I thought Milo was deliberately keeping Tom out for his own good. Just saw an article where they say Annie is not back for series 5.

I did.

The Episode 3 1:57, flashback to 1855, Fergus (baddy policemen fella) mentions 'Mr Snow' and 'Ivan, Wyndham (dead) Jacob and Hettie (little girl)'.

Fella with a red jacket comes out of the main rectangle sand formation and leads her away. There were 13 spaces - Hal took an empty one.

Milo does seem to be saving Tom and keeping him out of harm's way.

Mr Rook's inventory check list has 5 types and File number is 64, Aisle 209 (Honolulu Heights??). Arthur grey suit says new file 'Type one, query, types two and three'. List Box Tunnel as Type 2, 2-3. So maybe:
Ghost Type 1
Vampire Type 2
Werewolf Type 3
Type 0 and 4 unknown? Succubus and demon?

BTW DS is off ill and I am taking a day off.

I must be stupid, when the little girl disappeared I thought it was just bad editing and she had to leave the set for child-protection issues. Doh!

Doh - Ivan as in Ivan and Daisy = dead.

Quick search, Hetty 'young but very very old' was Herrick's maker. Says she popped up during Ivan and and Daisy's story but the prequel isn't working.

I may watch them all again before series 5.

OOOh, just finished watching!

There was an old one in Ivan and Daisy's story: Daisy was a bit cheeky to her, but shows respect once she realises who it is (Ivan apologises for his neophyte wife and introduces the OO to Daisy).

As for thefinal bit, does Hal have to stay tied up for 60 years now?

CalamityKate I remember Mitchell saying that HOWEVER why did he have a purgatory corridor last series? I have changed my mind and want Annie give her a fucking happy after after.

It's in the Ivan & Daisy prequel, which takes place in a barin, I think, Hong Kong or Shanghai. Daisy is cheeky to thelittle girl Old One, but when Ivan explains who/what the OO is, Daisy ducks her head and apologises.

Hope that answers the question; I don't want you to be paranoid about having missed any more than that!

Oh, and forgot to mention: did anyone else think it significant that - in the future scene of the last episode, when the vampires are all behaving like Nazis - the man Eve is caught with has a Jewish name - Isaac Daniels? Even more poignant, Isaac is the name of Abraham's son, whom Abraham must sacrifice on the say-so of God. (Isaac is spared at the last minute, but it is a test).
