Does anyone on mn watch Neighbours? I need to register my disgust of Mal Kennedy

I know, I know, but Neighbours is the only soap I watch, my one guilty pleasure. I'm catching up online at the moment and can't believe how hideous Mal is, sleazy and needy over Jade and being a horrid married man. Does anyone else watch this crap programme to the extent they feel the need to comment on any of the characters as if they were actually real people?

Oh, and no matter how serious the brain tumour, accident, obscure medical condition or exotic flu, the resulting hospital admission will always be overseen and treatment administered by Dr Karl Kennedy, local GP.

Also the ICU, maternity unit, A&E, surgical recovery, chemo, GPs, psychology and any other part of the hospital a resident of Ramsey St may need to visit is in that one part of the hospital. Unless that's how it works oz?

Apparently Libby is ill in real life and has been signed off until she's ready to come back. There have been some RL shennanigans going on for her and it's all gone a bit pear shaped.

Kyle had a hamstring injury so they had to get someone in quick to cover his sickleave till he comes back with crutches - they have made a good choice, I almost prefer his cousin

A little while ago Libby was just replaced by a different actor for a while, and no one mentioned it was a different person. I wonder why they didn't bring that actor in again? I love it when they keep the character but change the actor and no other characters bat an eyelid. Didn't really take to the second Declan they had though (realised that's another one of Kate's suitors, what is her secret?)

When I was at school I think we would have been allowed to go twice. But a female teacher would have taken us.

Neighbours is just a bit of a train wreck at the moment - everyone seems to be either falling apart, snogging someone unsuitable, sleeping around, cheating at their exams, giving up their principles, divorcing or indulging in general skullduggery. It's great!! But in an oh-my-god cringy kind of way. And I am as pissed off at Jade as I am at Mal. She should stop using him as a distraction, and get together with Kyle.

I've invigilated for exams (GCSE and A levels), and if a child needed to go to the loo, they had to be escorted to the the teachers' loo that was nearest the hall, so Summer wouldn't have been able to hide her phone in there beforehand.

I also get a bit retentive about the exam thing - and as for those teeny little desks! How on earth are they supposed to write an exam on on of those?!

My dd's love them both and we have to watch them avidly.

Poor Audrey Why was Michael invigilating on his own anyway? He accompanied one student to the toilet but left the rest of the class on their own...how does that make sense, even in Neighbours land?

The male doctor/nurse who took Micheal to theatre today was somebody in something once and it's going to bug me until I remember who/what/where.

Cother - he was Drew in Home and Away. He was seeing Belle then slept with her Mum Amanda...nice to see him again. Although probably not so many opportunities to see him with his top off in Neighbours!
