Your favourite shows that ended/were cancelled?

Mine:

Brothers & Sisters - I was obsessed with this show from the very first episode and may or may not have shed a tear when I found out it was ending after five seasons. I didn't like the ending, it seemed rushed and story lines were left hanging. Twats.

Friends - Of course. Who didn't love Friends?

Accidentally On Purpose - I'm pretty sure this was cut after the first season so can't have been very popular but I loved it!

Without A Trace - My favourite crime drama, I was devastated when it ended. Why couldn't they have taken NCIS?! Why Without A Trace?!

So not only do I know it is def. cancelled, I also accidentally know how it ends.

Bollocks. Not sure I want to watch the rest of the season now.

Am I the only one who was outraged when Defying Gravity was pulled?

Incidentally, I've just watched the entire boxed set of Thick of It on bbc global iplayer, prwctically in one sitting. Why did they give that the chop? It was marvellous.

Could they not just have put the opposition power in the programme (to reflect real life) and let it keep going ?

The last episode of Medium completely ruined the entire series for me. I was in floods of tears and can no longer watch it without wanting to cry. I'm pathetic I know but it was sooo sad!

fastweb- I don't think 'The Thick of It' has been cancelled- I 'm sure they are meant to be doing another series. (Dh loves it, i could never get into it).

Shows that ended before thier time, you mean, with lots of loose story lines?

Well, mostley recently Brothers and Sisters, as already mentioned.

Last year, Dirty Sexy Money (I was quite into that but it was pretty rubbish and far fetched but nevertheless I wanted to know what happended and why..)

But more annoyingly, about 5 or more years ago, Once and Again with Sela Ward and the dark haried guy who then went onto the 4400..... It ran 2 seasons, I loved it, and it was cancelled before the 3rd season was made.

Now and Again

Only ran one series and left on a cliffhanger. There was a campaign on the internet at the time to get it reinstated but sadly didn't work. The problem was that it didn't fit in any particular spot.

I loved that one about solicitors who house shared.
Millie with a swingy black bob, Miles, the guy who was the stuffy captain in pirates of carribean; the native indian guy; the blonde bitchy one, I remember millie slapping her, and anna the scottish slutty one, short hair, dangly earrings.

at the mo, I am loving happy Endings and Perfect Couples, happy endings is hilarious I love the finicky blonde and the half gay guy, and the couple who split before their wedding....roll on thursday

LOVED This Life but think it came to an end when it needed to ? didn't outstay its welcome.
