Who do you love (and hate), and who do you miss?

ATM, I like Kyle, always loved Susan and Karl, Paul...
Hate - Kate, Sonya, Kate, Sophie, Kate, Tash, Kate, Lyn, Kate...

I miss - the original Declan, Donna, Zeke (has he left for good?)

I feel like there arent many BIG characters at the moment, most of them are all sort of "fillers". Hopefully someone big will come into it soon

Bring back Izzy (Hoyland) I never understood why Paul ditched her for Lynn. I also really miss Darcy (the dodgy doctor) and Paul needs a meaty storyline ATM. Alan Dale - Paul's dad was great (but he is a soap star in US now). Wonder if Dee (the wife Toadie drowned) will ever resurface - no body was ever found.

hate - Kate, Kate and kate also Lou and Harold - so not pleased to see they are back - ahhhhhh!!!!Very glad to get rid recently of Rebecca, Declan and Didge. Don't like Michael the appalling Head or Natasha his daughter - very weak.

Apparently Mal (Susan and Karl's eldest) is coming back for a couple of months. Finding neighbours very dull ATM.

agreed- it's all a bit dull, and the toadie/sonya/callum thing is awful! it was an exciting build-up, now meh. Sonya = overactor of the century.

Possibly Kyle and Maaaaahk moving into the same house (if they actually do) might be interesting. Brilliant how Kyle is on the verge of bankruptcy, but can afford to rent a beautiful 3-bed bungalow!

I also hated Didge and the new Delcan, but I did quite like Rebecca and her wrap dresses. Altho the "who pushed Paul" storyline changed her character for the worse.

Mal! Theres a name from the past! Altho it does make it a tad more realistic, rather than having 2 sons who never ever visit.

I LOVED Izzy. Loved her. They need another character like this - likeable, but a bit controversial, and full of substance!!

Another Kate hater here!
I like Kyle and Summer, I think they are good characters.
I do think it's funny how Tash is trying to get Summer and Andrew together, she must be very forgiving!
I had a look at Neighbour's characters, past and present on Wiki last night (I have alot of time on my hands atm ) and saw that someone is leaving soon............ won't say anymore in case people don't like spoilers

I find Summer pretty annoying sometimes and hate Kate.

I like Libby and family, toad and oh forgotton his name - 'the mechanic guy'

I liked Dylan. Just on the right side of a bit of rough
Most of the younger female characters are an insult to womanhood - they are all so grown up yet so painfully immature. The male characters seem to drift between being henpecked or downright malevolent!

How young are you all?

Joe and Mrs Mangle. Jim and his heart attack. Helen and her shit paintings. Gravel-voiced Madge. Lou and his brassy wife, he named the wine bar after her but I've forgotten her name. Paul's wives (the twins). Scott, Charlene, Henry, Brad.

Best of all time - the poignancy of Harold's glasses left on that rock after the wave had carried him out to sea. Never explained why a wave that strong would leave the specs.

Stoney, anyone from the very first episode which I remember watching, Henry, Clive the Doctor, Julie as she was so annoying.

Favourites: Drew, Brett, Sam, Sky, Toadie, Bree, Joe (Mangel not Scully!), Donna (in the end!)

Least favourite: Michael, Natasha, Julie, Lauren, Rosemary

Another Kate hater here. I have to watch it on You Tube as I can't get C5 here, so I'm about a month ahead of you. I also love Kyle.

Who was the diner named after as well? It was someone's caff back in the 80s. Clive's wife?

Don't forget wooden Jim Robinson/Alan Dale who appears in the OC but everyone still refers to him as Jim from neighbours.

I quite liked Helen who was awfully nice and had faith in everyone. I loved Clive, Daphne and Des. I quite liked the Willis family and the Alessis with sultry Bruno who was in mad max.

Do you remember plain Jane superbrain Harris.

And she had a thing with Mike after she had her 'makeover' too didn't she.

If I was writing Neighbours right now I'd make Kate watch the video of Jade and Brennan...(there MUST be one) so she can witness a man having an orgasm instead of watching him fake one.

Yeah Mal had a really annoying voice. Remember Phoebe and Todd and her aunt was the head at the school.

Remember Kerry, love of Joe Mangle's life, who was was shot by duck hunters? Poor ol' Kerry.

And, more recently, Toady's tin foil date with the Sci Fi girl? That was about ten years ago I reckon.

I miss Neighbours, I may have to start watching again.

She was. So obviously skye (her daughter) was a rainbow-haired hippy. In the genes innit?

My fave bit ever I think must be when Karl had a drink problem. He'd buy up to one bottle of red wine at a time and be steaming pished.
