I heard the guy in charge was on GMTV this morning and said there will be a couple of after watershed episodes soon. Im guessing that will be John Stape again.

I read that she brings her family with her but it's still odd her thinking she can just move in with the boss, even odder he just offered her a room. I know Corrie's not exactly known for realistic living conditions though.

I didn't think Michelle's accent was too bad but the scottish guy playing her husband was dreadful.

I know what happens for Becky to leave. It was on digitial spy a couple of weeks ago. The predictions on here were right.

I tuned in for the first time in about 3 months last night. It was dreadful. The acting is awful lately. Apart from michelle Keagan and one or two others, Julie, Norris, rita, the rest are awful. Marcus is a dreadful actor. Cant watch fizz or maria (she always sighs after delivering a line it drives me batty)Carlas voice is so harsh it makes me dive for cover. Gails eyeballs go gaga when shes delivering a line. Steves eyes (you get the drift). Sick of becky. Same old chestnut. I cant understand a word the actress says who plays sophie. Oh i like Sally. I dont know who its aimed at but its not me. I was a massive corrie fan, watched it all my life. So disappointing.

corrie has been terrible for about two years now - its appeal always lay in its humour, not daft plot lines.

Currently on one street we have: Gail, once married to a serial killer. Fizz, also married to a serial killer, The Barlows - whose daughter is a murderer and Carla and Maria both partners of a deceased murderer.
Even Dynasty producers would think that's too far fetched.

I'm going through a 'don't care if I miss it' phase.

Gail has just accepted Kylie moving in, they just assume she would want a small child as well.

I think the new bloke (Carl is it?) is going to give Dev a good run for his money in that particular race. Pity as he was good in Taggart.

Taggart bloke's character is just a rehashed Vernon....workshy, fancies himself a bit and always singing. Cannot stand Becky, can't wait for her to be gone. How does she leave, if no-one minds a spoiler?

Do you know what? I enjoyed some of it last night. I'm really liking Roys mother. There's a place for her. I'm fed up of Tracey though. She didn't need to find out that way. Leannes insecurities are interesting and I'm looking forward to how it pans out with Cindy from Eastenders. Her blokes acting is dire and I don't get how you can be good in one role and not another. It can't be that challenging!!!
