I did! My gawd. Those poor boys. I hope they get to stay together. I couldn't imagine separating two brothers.

I often wonder about adopting!

Scared that it would upset the family balance though.

We are a very close and loving family though and think there are some children out there who would like to be part of our family and who we would like to be in our gang!

codKEMP · 03/11/2005 22:16

hmm
its hard

Just watched the second half.

I was shocked at the prospective mum for Rhiannon pulling out when she realised she'd have to adjust her lifestyle to accommodate a 9 yr-old.

I thought SS were supposed to put prospective adopters through rigorous training and screening processes?!

ScummyMummy · 03/11/2005 22:17

Would def adopt if partner would. He won't though.

JoolsToo · 03/11/2005 22:17

who's changed names?

expatinscotland · 03/11/2005 22:18

My SIL was adopted by my ILs from foster care when she was 4.

We don't want any more biological children, and cannot afford space for any more than two, but if our circumstances were different we'd love to have a third by adoption.

codKEMP · 03/11/2005 22:18

changed her idea
get you ear trumpet out

Feistybird · 03/11/2005 22:18

as you (finally) asked so nicely, is this any better?

ScummyMummy · 03/11/2005 22:18

I know roisin. I guess they got it wrong with that adopter. i reckon some get past the initial stages when they shouldn't because they are so desperate for people who'll do it.
