Morning all: Now, I had hoped to dream the answer in glorious technicolor, but spent the night instead perusing knitted dishcloths on the suffolk coast. However, I have a new idea......
Firstly, we know that a lot of this hangs on the killer having an almost total knowledge of the police investigation, as, amongst other things, he went to the warehouse to hide evidence of his link to Mette......
Leon is not running because he is the killer - but is running from the killer: While he waited outside the flat for Nanna he either saw and was seen by the next person to enter the flat, or he waited long enough or the attacker to leave the flat with Nanna.
If he had waited that long - or maybe gone in to get paid, when she didn't come back out - and discovered the attack - the killer used him and his cab to take them to the heath, and then said, 'you get rid of this stuff' (clothes, passport etc) which would put Leon in up to his neck, with proof in his cab, and cunning leverage for the killer. (We know he is cunning)
Next Leon tidies his cab and discovers the passport, which he hadn't chucked with the rest of the stuff by mistake...he panics, and hides it in the Birk Larsen cellar.
Meanwhile, the killer locks up Nanna, then returns to the flat to tidy up, and realises he can't do it/has to be somewhere else, so cancels the bog replacement, and marks the flat out of action until he/she can get back to sort it.
Vagn has to cancel the office move because Leon doesn't turn up, and he hasn't got the staff.
In last nights episode there were repeated mentions of contacts at the police department by Bremmer and Rie, but my list of suspects now has on it: Troels, Morten, Bremmer, Rie, Dessau. The link to the other removal firm is circumstantial, as perhaps the killer had moved himself at that point, and had the body wrapping knocking around.
There! Finished!
