The trainer said they are in the gym 4 times a day "no room for slackers." It must be a short session with plenty of recovery time!

Smokin i don't know how big they were when the programme started so maybe they have lost a lot of weight but I am not sure it is the life-changing experience that they thought it would be....

Yes, the orange ones....they do look bigger in that photo but not by that much considering that (I assume) they were actually eliminated late last year when it was filmed and have been working out ever since.
