He is 17 and wants his girlfriend to stay the night ,in his room . Gut instinct is no ,what do you all think ?

I lied to my parents in relation to my boyfriend on a fairly regular basis. I got excellent results at school, did not have a teenage pregnancy and generally feel that I turned out okay.

My parents might actually have been more accepting if I'd told them more. Which I would have if I felt I'd had the kind of relationship with them that meant I could be open with them. I didn't tell my mum I was on contraception until I was well over 20. We just didn't feel comfortable talking about these things.

Glad you checked this out, frumpet. I'd definitely say no until she gets permission from her parents.
