So tonight as I sit after a long cocaine binge week crying with the urge to get more but my sinuses are burning I feel horrendous and what started off as bit off fun has turned in to nothing but misery my nose is in so much pain I don't know how to help it it's actual agony I'll be going to gp Monday but I need to get through today and tomorrow so just looking for some
Support has anyone been through this. Bit off back ground I've been taking it for years
Started off just when going out and has progressed but I've taken it everyday for 7 days now hardly eaten hardly went outside I need to knock it off. I'm scared of what it's gonna do to my health

Find an NA meeting near to your home address. They will help, people there will help you through until you get to the GP n Monday

Well done for admitting it. But the biggest test is still to come. Will you actually go to the gp on Monday? Sending hugs. It's incredibly brave and traumatising to admit you are addicted. I'm proud of you.

Well done for admitting it. One day at a time. I have a grandfather who is an addict and it's no mean feat to admit you have a problem.

I've been clean 8 years so I know where you're at and how you're feeling. (Cocaine, crack, heroin, amphetamine , alcohol, morphine)
Well done for admitting it. Is your nose bleeding or scabby? If you've got any savlon, that's good, and then you can pierce a vitamin E oil capsule and rub some in. It stops the skin getting dry and cracking.

Delete your dealer's number, go through your call history and delete any calls/texts etc, and block it.

It's hard, but it's possible, it really is.

Have you got soup in? Milkshake? Something that goes down easy. It'll help.

My sinuses are on fire and my eyes feel sore and pressure maybe even swollen! It's awful and it's my own fault as I felt like this yesterday took a line and the pain disappeared and now it's worse!!

Allen Carr Easy way to quit cocaine audio book is ment to be brilliant. I was addicted to alcohol and used his quit alcohol book to help me stop drinking...not had a drink in nearly 4 years..also quit smoking years ago with help from his book. Its magic!

If you can't sleep try and distract yourself, listen to an audiobook or watch a favourite film.

I know how you feel I'm in the same position what started as fun has turned into a habit

Hardest part is admitting it and reaching out for help….hopefully your mum came and helped you sort a plan forward

Hello! You might be able to self refer to your local community drugs and alcohol service, that's what the GP will do anyway. They'll sort you out with a key worker and a Dr. Mine were WONDERFUL, these people save lives. Good luck.

Yeah I've told her everything at first she was like why would you do such a thing and then realised how serious it is. Tried to eat but I feel really sick and so anxious and I've drank a little
