Tutty, I know what you mean. It takes me a couple of puff to get a good rhythm. But I think it might be because vaping and smoking a little different. Think I'm getting better at it. I bet your daughter is so pleased you are trying to stop! I hope she is proud of you.
Dogs, I've started coughing a bit. But not hugely. I expect you will get a cough as your lungs clear out the smoking muck. As yesterday was your first completely cig free day, it might not have kicked in yet. But it's a good sign if it does! And lucky you if it doesn't!
I'm a bit of a singer, a very out of practice singer and the last few years my voice has cracked if I sang more than one song (just at home) but last night I realised my voice was much clearer, and stronger. And that excites me! Might even break the guitar out... the baby loves it when I sing so it was quite an exciting moment for me!
Might be a bit ambitious, but I've got some lower nicotine juices. Because I just love the taste etc, and found out that the amount I was vaping was the equivalent of way more cigs than I would normally smoke. No cigs for me since that last roll up on Saturday morning. I don't miss it, really. I'm just loving the lovely flavours of the vape. I am a bit snappy, but I figure I won't be forever, and hopefully will at some point be on a 0% juice. But won't let the nicotine go just yet!
So proud of my vaping pals in my phone. You are all doing so fantastically. Well done on your first cig free day, dogs!
