Despite my best efforts I am still surfing. Tried to get Mr Rehab to come over in a cab last night after getting very drunk. Thankfully he wasn't having any of it. This is what happens when I drink, think I prefer the January sober me

I had a very wobbly evening too. Phoned the local dealer but he was out watching snooker. Inconsiderate arsehole!

Woken up to the sun shining and a normal head which is a bonus. Glad about the snooker now

Thank the Lord it's half term, we're off on a city break tomoz so on best behaviour here. It's only in UK so will still be wet and cold but a break none the less. Happy Friday!

Fallen off my board big time tonight. I'm an idiot. 3 months down the pan. Or up the nose. Dreading tomorrow morning.

I'm home now, on the comedown. Tomorrow is a write off. I'm a fucking idiot.

Oh Serial we're all idiots, you're not alone. I hate that first bit of the comedown after taking a lot- that horrible feeling of dread like you're falling off a cliff.

Week 1 clean for me here. I should be feeling great but woken up with some sort of stye on my eye. Bloody typical.

Don't be too hard on yourself. It's bloody difficult to resist the temptation because it feels so great at the time!

Hey ladies, I went overboard on Weds after 8 weeks, completely pre planned, saw it as a half term treat Sometimes its good to have a reminder of how crap it makes you feel as I'd been craving for ages. Hope you don't feel too bad today Serial. Don't see it as 3 months down the pan, that still counts and this is just a blip. I'll join you in the beginners pool with my float. for the stye in your eye Lost!

It sounds awful but I find it very difficult to imagine never getting high ever again so I suppose I'm always going to be susceptible to the odd blow out.
If I could keep it to every 2 or 3 months like you two that would be good!

Anyway, you're welcome to join us in the baby pool Hooch. We're back to basic surfing with floats and foamy noodle things.

Checking in haven't caught up so sorry not to make relevant comments but missing you all. Been pretty much surfing except for one night of last ?3 weeks having kitchen extension so life gone temp mad but sending love to all.

Have fully recovered from my splosh the other weekend. Mentally/emotionally the comedown took me to a really dark place. And all the time a voice in my head was telling me that a line would make it better.
