Still surfing although it's pretty stormy and seaweedy.
The lager has wiped me out a bit and watching an old Louis Theroux about swingers which is helping..

Today I took ds swimming and I just had some kind of weird epiphany type moment. He was grabbed onto a float kicking so so hard and I actually thought I was going to cry in the bloody leisure centre.

I know I can't keep abusing my body and have any chance of being around in a fit state to see him through into adulthood.
