Iv just booked fifteen weeks with a personal trainer. He's a guy I used a few years ago and I lost loads of weight and felt amazing he gives great diet plans and recipes and really motivates you so I'm hoping that will keep me busy and get me in a different mindset and a healthier way to get my pent up stress out than lines of coke!

Flat mine were due back at school today but all have had a sickness bug and still within 48 hours so they are back tomorrow but I defo lost my patience a few times with them so think its normal!

You can use the deep breathing for general anxiety as well , it takes a lot of practice to focus on nothing but breathing though.
