how many pairs of shoes do you own?

3 X Havaianas (purple, white, gold)
flat silver sandally things
black satin peep-toe Louboutins
strappy snakeskin Jimmy Choos
black strappy patent Jimmy Choo wedges
Nike trainers
Adidas shell toe trainers
Siren high heeled chunky gladiators in black
bertie yellow cork platform wedges
Faith tan woven-y heel with wooden platform and heel
black biker-style boots
brown riding-style boots
black patent high ankle boots
black suede knee-high boots
red ballet pumps

bloody hell. I hope that's all.

1 pair court shoes.

=4 pairs.

I think I have about 48 pairs but really only wear about 5 or 6.

1 pair of knee high black boots
1 of knee high brown boots
1 of knee high burgundy boots
1 pair of flat balck pixie boots
1 pair of browny green Fly wedges
1 pair of tan leather wedges (hardly worn as bloomon' uncomfortable)
1 pair of grey wedges
1 pair of trainers
1 pair of wellies
1 pair of flip flops
1 pair of flat sandals
1 pair of dressy sandals

At the moment I live in the ballet flats or the Pixie boots.
In winter I live in the black knee high boots.
I hardly ever wear any of the others.

Oh my god!! I feel so much better now. Was feeling really carp when I say Hot's 4 pairs, but cardigan and neer have restored equilibrium

i think 10 pairs and 3 pairs of boots

and 3 pairs running shoes

i replace things so dont think i ever go above this - eg new converses then the old ones off to recycling

to those of you with loads and loads of shoes - where in the sam hill do you keep 'em all? My closet is full to bursting and I have nowhere near as many!!

Going out shoes in one box,boots in another, sandles and wedges in another, trainers in the last one all in the bottom of my wardrobe.

In some cases I have multiple pairs of exactly the same shoe just in case they wear out.

Including boots I must have getting on for 40 pairs, possibly more.

I've got 5 pairs of birkenstocks for starters

Five 2 pairs of converse... Thats what DH thinks anyway

The same boots in different colours...

I have a bit of a shoe obsession.

Surely you can never have too many shoes?

Having said that 3 years ago I limited myself to no more than 2 pairs of black shoes for work as it was getting ridiculous. I wear them into the ground and then get more.
It seems to work and has meant that the number of non-black shoes I own has increased significantly which I think is a good thing.

Although I am so untidy my shoes are all stacked in clear plastic boxes from lakeland.

Not many. I hate old shoes. I wear shoes for a season and throw them out.

I am lucky in that I have a walk in wardrobe, so all my shoes are stored in canvas boxes in there, sorted according to style for ease of finding the pair I want.
