I have about 30 including boots, sandals etc and store them in a separate built in cupboard which was supposed to be for spare linen

My absolute favourites though are a pair of dark red patent Agent Provocateur courts which DH bought me last year.

2 pairs trainers: 1 old and tatty pair and 1 nice pair

Sooo...19 pairs and I wear them all reguarly.

I'm after some ugg type boots and a couple of pairs of strappy sandals and my collection will be complete .

no idea, I refuse to count them, so long as I have shoes for all outfits, occassions and weather, I'm OK.

However, in my defence, I wear them all regularly. I alternate them so much to ensure they never really wear out (except for trainers and converse) and I am meticulous about shoe maintenance - polishing, re-heeling/soling where necessary etc.

that is it, 4 pairs!

Oh, and a pair of delicate cream things that I wore on my wedding day. But I never wear those.
