I have 15 cardigans. How many do you have?

I have alphabetised my wardrobe, and they are all hanging there nicely.

Oh dear - tries to picture them without going upstairs.

Grey - one big fluffy / one ribbed / one boyfriend length/ one v fitted with applique detailing / one with ribbon fastening

Black - one boyfriend / two waist length v fitted ones / one v long ribbed one / two with short sleeves / one with a weird dog thing on the back that dd1 is currently hoarding / one sparkly beribboned one

Purple - one three quarter sleeved

Pink - one angel sleeved fuchsia

Blue - one peacock blue waist length

Green - one wrap one

I like cardigans!

Dear god, I must have at least 30. Range of sizes, colours and materials... A good cull is required sometime soon!

I have 12, which is more than I thought. I need more though, I love cardis. They are great

I'm alarmed to realise I only have five.
I love cardis, but have obviously slipped in replacing them lately.
A vest with cardi on top and jeans was practically my uniform until I put on two stone and pretty much stopped buying clothes - didn't want a wardrobe full of 'big girl clothes.'
I have one that's shrunk but can't part with it - it's a five year old Paisley one from Boden's sale that I've seen Phoebe wearing in Friends.

I was only joshing when I said I had alphabetised them. But wouldn't that be fun?!

I have however grouped together shirts (3)
Jersey tops (8) and cardi's. And we all know the score on that one.

Just 3. I need more but struggle to find ones I like.

I need some new ones that aren't black or grey but, even with people being very helpful on a thread on here, I still haven't found any that I like.

Oh I remembered another one - a gold sparkly one. But it goes with an evening dress as part of an outfit.

What is a 'boyfriend length' cardi please? (another cardigans fan here... the band and the garment )

Boyfriend cardigans = grandad cardigans.

boyfriend cardis are just longer cut cardis. i think on the waist or higher are more flattering unless you're a lard arse.

I have:
3 blue (1 plain, 1 lace edged, 1 chunky
2 red (1 silky, 1 chunky zipped)
2 orange (1 beaded, 1 puff sleeves)
2 black
1 brown paisley with fur collar
1 turquoise
1 pale turquoise
1 beige with feather pattern
1 white beaded
1 silver sparkly
1 lilac with diamante buttons
That makes ...16 That doesn't include jumpers or hoodies ... I like cardigans! And I do actually wear them all.

Unfortunately most cardigans around now are either boyfriend or cropped. Cropped look hideous on me. I like the little 1950s style cardigans but am really struggling to find any.

1. both long and black. one loose knit with a hood and I use it as a coat.

2, both black. both for work. really not into cardigans.

oh no i lied. 3. one white wool/cashmere cropped/bolero cardigan, with vague silver sparkle thread jut enough to catch the light. gorgeous, wore over evening dress when I got married. worn once since.

janeite i got a really nice fitted long short sleeved jumper from peacocks. dead cheap but it looks fab

I have none. I steal DH's jumpers when it is really cold.

I have lots - probably because they're a failsafe purchase when I'm feeling a bit baffled by what's in the shops... my current favourite is a boyfriend-style cream one from French Connection.
