I know kettlechip! It is essential to count them to get an accurate picture. Unfortunately DH has now done this on my behalf and so has proof that my vague estimates are rubbish.

One, and I rarely use it. A backpack is so much more practical.

How do you handbag and shoe fiends manage to find room to store them all??

I'm ruthless about getting rid when they are out of fashion or unlikely to be used again

I reckon my best mate must have 100

run upstairs had a reccy and @37bags and 1 lin & leo laptop bag(does that count).quite modest amount i say

I can still remember all the bags that are gone

I'm guessing 20 without counting, so that probably means 30 odd in reality

I have 6 and I am also going to make my DH read this. Whenever I admire a bag in a shop he says "what do you need another one for, you've got HUNDREDS?"

The one I miss most was a faux snake shoulder bag, I had a matching purse too

I have nowhere to stash 20+ handbagly fripperies.

I counted once, but have forgorren. It's between 15 and 20. But not enough imo. I covet a Mulberry.

One navy (goes with most of my stuff) and one black (for concerts where I have to wear black).

I do have a large navy canvas bag though, and a few other beach type /shopping bags (about 4).

Scottishmummy I have a divine pair of Viktor & Rolf ruby slippers! They are simply exquisite with glitter and a 4 inch heel.

Bags I don't know, not as many as 30 but I don't buy high street so I couldn't afford thirty.

Shoes different matter altogether. I wouldn't know how many I have tbh, but it's rather a lot
