Lulu, I got a fab one in Primarni, but I think I read somewhere on here that they are not liked.

maidamess · 05/09/2008 14:43

Muji do a great, but not very pretty long rubber raincoat with hood (detachable) Its so long you can cut it down to your chosen length, and the sleeves are cutable too. I'll try and find a link.

only a tenner, 100% waterproof and packs away dead small. I had one , its good

MrsBadger · 05/09/2008 14:45

buy one without a hood (Land's End often good) and a £19 Boden rainhat

lulumama · 05/09/2008 14:45

thank you all!!

i think if i had made a bit more effort, i could have found it without stamping my feet, but am still cross and cold from going out this morning with no decent coat.

There is this. But it is pretty bogging.

lulumama · 05/09/2008 14:46

OP posts:
MrsBadger · 05/09/2008 14:46

lulumama · 05/09/2008 14:56

it is slightly less bad..

but i think it is so massively reduced as they have 20 000 left in the warehouse!

thanks for trying..

OP posts:
lulumama · 05/09/2008 14:58

i know pruners, it is ridicolous.. why are there wool coats with no hoods everywhere in this sodding weather..

anyway, how are you?

OP posts:
Fimbo · 05/09/2008 14:58

It made you smile though!

Seriously I think North Face do a full length thing but can't seem to find it on line.

Try TK Maxx sometimes they have one offs.

lulumama · 05/09/2008 14:59

it did, fimbo, thank you !

tk maxx a good idea!

OP posts:
WilfSell · 05/09/2008 14:59

what is squillions?

I did a thread just this week in which a landsend stadium squall won , in close second a northface one. both over 100 quid though. but think of it as an investment

NappiesGalore · 05/09/2008 15:00

oh lulu, ive been... namechganging lots... figuritively speaking up my own arse or perhaps on the planet zog... (y'know mental health ishooes) but am Human Again... so i think i may stay as me for a bit.
